BCSL Freedom Division Game
PLUMSTEAD TWP.—Senior Pat Tucker pitched four and two-thirds of two hit relief as Riverside defeated New Egypt 4-0 on Tuesday in a BCSL Freedom Division game.
Tucker improved to 3-0 on the season.
Senior Zach Schultice hit an infield RBI single to break a scoreless tie in the fourth inning with junior Marc Mount hitting a two-run double in the sixth inning as the Rams scored three insurance runs.
Winners of two straight and three out of four games, Riverside is now 6-1 in the Burlington County Scholastic League Freedom Division.
The teams combined to leave 25 runners on base with New Egypt leaving the bases loaded in the first four innings.
Riverside hosts Burlington City on Friday in a BCSL Freedom Division game. The Thursday game at Willingboro is being moved due to a schedule conflict.
