Bordentown Scotties 6, Riverside Rams 2
BORDENTOWN—Riverside (8-5) had its four game winning streak broken, falling at Bordentown (8-8) on Monday in a BCSL Intra-Division game.
For the Rams, senior catcher Mike Wasco hit his team leading fourth home run of the season.
Riverside led 2-1 before Bordentown pushed across five runs in the fourth inning on two hits, including a three-run double by Tim Gola. Gola had three hits on the day for the Scotties.
Also for the Rams, freshman Tim Borek and junior Alex Chotalal each had two hits.
Chris Appelgate threw a complete game, recording two strikeouts while scattering seven hits.
Riverside hosts Maple Shade in a BCSL Freedom division game Tuesday.
