Delran Bears 18, Riverside Rams 1 / 5 innings
RIVERSIDE—Jim Goodwin threw a complete game, scattering seven hits as the Bears defeated the Rams in a BCSL Intra-Division game on Thursday.
Goodwin recorded three strikeouts and also singled and doubled.
Also for Delran, Max Larson had two hits with Jesse Ravens scoring five times.
Zach Schultice and Don Strain each had two hits for Riverside (8-9). Ram pitching issued 13 walks and Riverside has lost five straight.
The Rams host Trenton Catholic on Saturday in a BCSL Freedom Division game.
