Re-Printed from the Burlington County Times Gary Herron (Class of 1979): Soccer and baseball standout. Was all-Burlington County League Liberty Division in both sports and a member of a Cinnaminson team that won the South Jersey Soccer Coaches Association Tournament. Played baseball for two years at Camden County College and for two years at Glassboro State College. Coached at Camden C.C. Currently baseball and boys soccer coach at Riverside High School, and has guided the Rams to a combined nine BCL Freedom Division titles in both sports (plus state Group 1 baseball championships in 1996-97). |

Avery, Mingin, Solomon named to The
Burlington County Carpenter Cup Squad The Riverside Varsity Baseball team has announced that Pat Avery (SS/P) and Ryan Mingin (C/DH) have been named to the 2002 Burlington County Carpenter Cup squad. In addition, Riverside Volunteer Assistant Coach Brian Solomon has been named to head media relations for Burlington's team for the fourth time. The 25 player all-star team will compete in the 16-team single elimination tournament from June 23-29, 2002 at Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia. |
