Carpenter Cup Squad Riverside senior Ian King will participate for Burlington County as part of the 2005 Carpenter Cup squad, starting on June 9th at the University of Pennsylvania when BURLCO faces Inter-Ac/Independents at 4:30pm. In addition, Ram volunteer assistant Brian Solomon will assist the team with media relations for the seventh time. |

More than 325 people crowded into the banquet hall at the Regency Palace for the county's 17th annual academic achievement dinner. The event, organized by the Burlington County Secondary Principals and Supervisors Association, recognized the top academic students in 10th through 12th grades at the county's 21 public high schools. From the Riverside Baseball team, junior outfielder Brandon Ransburgh was honored. Ransburgh is currently ranked number one in his class at Riverside. |

Riverside Assistant to
head Delran Emergency Squad in 2005 Riverside volunteer assistant baseball coach Brian Solomon was elected president of the Delran Emergency Squad for 2005 on November 18, 2004. Solomon who is a 15-year volunteer EMT has spent the last 12 years with the Delran squad, holding various line and executive officer positions including the last seven years as squad treasurer. The 84 member emergency squad serves the townships of Delran and Riverside in Burlington County. Solomon is entering his 10th season coaching at Riverside after four seasons at Cinnaminson. |

King, who will be entering his fourth season on the varsity baseball team in the spring, covered the 3.1 mile course in 17:48. |
