Cup squad
Ram seniors Brendon Griffin and Corey Mingin, along with assistant coach
Brian Solomon will represent Riverside High School on the 2007 Burlington
County Carpenter Cup squad. The defending tournament champions will
begin play on June 13, 2007 at 9:30am at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alan Hasher threw a six inning
complete game, recording nine strikeouts, scattering four hits as Burlington

Ram Assistant Coach Honored by the Delran VFW on April 26
and Burlington County VFW on May 12
Solomon to be honored by the New Jersey State VFW June 14
The
Samuel T. Lambert Post 3020 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars
has announced that Ram volunteer assistant coach Brian David Solomon
received the Delran VFW Outstanding Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) of
the Year award on Thursday, April 26. Solomon also received the
Burlington County District 11 VFW Outstanding EMT of the Year award on
Saturday, May 12 and will receive the New Jersey State VFW Outstanding EMT
of the Year award at the VFW convention in Wildwood in June. Solomon
is being recognized for his 14 years of volunteer work with the Delran
Emergency Squad including six years as squad treasurer and two years as
president.

Senior Micah Linz hit a two-out two-run double
and scored on an error to tie the game in the seventh inning and the Rams
used two wild pitches and a passed ball along with an RBI single from senior
Corey Mingin to add three more runs and defeat Trenton Catholic on Saturday
in a BCSL Freedom Division game. Mingin had three hits on the day and
picked up the win in relief, recording five strikeouts in three innings.
